Tap a field, type on the in-app keypad, then tap Done. The result is the largest number on the screen and updates as you type. The app remembers your last values.

Enter the runway number, the direction the wind blows from and the wind speed. Headwind and crosswind appear as large numbers, and the arrow tells you whether the crosswind comes from the left or the right. The dial shows the wind relative to the runway, with the runway pointing up.

Open the Aircraft tab and tap the plus button or Add aircraft. Fill in the name, registration, empty weight and arm, maximum weight, stations, envelope points, fuel type and burn. Tap a profile to edit it.

The chart shows the permitted weight and CG area for the profile. A dot marks the takeoff point and a diamond marks the landing point after the trip fuel burn. Both should sit inside the outline. The N172SP profile is a sample, so replace it with the values from your own AFM/POH.

On the old phone open Settings, Backup, and save the JSON file where you choose. On the new phone open Settings, Backup, Restore from file and pick that file. Backup and restore is always free.
